Enovate Medical Appoints two new Regional Sales Directors

Kerstin Haase will lead Northeast territory and Josh Harcrow the Southeast territory.

Enovate Medical, a leading manufacturer of innovative point-of-care products and services designed to improve clinical workflow and enhance patient care, today announced the appointment of two new regional sales directors. Kerstin Haase will oversee activities for the Northeastern territory and Josh Harcrow will be responsible for the Southeastern territory. Both were promoted from within the company.

“Kerstin and Josh have demonstrated exceptional performance and leadership during their tenure,” said Doug Gallacher, Vice President of Sales for Enovate Medical. “They both have played crucial roles in our company’s growth and profitability. Because of their abilities to help clients leverage our capabilities to operate more efficiently with our point-of-care solutions, they are the ideal candidates to lead activities in their respective territories.”

In their new roles Kerstin and Josh will support, manage and develop the continued success of their regional sales teams and partners to help hospitals adapt to productivity challenges related to Electronic Healthcare Records (EHR) and quality demands of the Affordable Care Act (ACA).

“Kerstin specializes in clinical workflow assessments, working on complex and multiyear projects with large health systems,” said Gallacher. “She has developed strong relationships with our partners and her efforts have created better workflow efficiencies and quality of care for clinicians, technicians and patients at the point of care.”

With 12 years of sales experience driving emerging technology and leveraging clinical workflow analysis, Kerstin joined Enovate in 2004 as sales manager for the Mid-Atlantic region. She has distinguished herself through her strategic channel expertise, consistently ranking among the company’s top sales executives. She is known for her consultative sales strategies, ability to successfully launch new products and for building enduring customer relationships. Prior to joining Enovate, Kerstin worked as a business analyst and received her bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University.

“Josh understands the unique challenges that our clients experience every day,” said Gallacher. “His professional, consultative approach ensures that we deliver workflow efficiencies that benefit the nurse/patient relationship.”

Josh joined the company in 2005 as senior sales executive and has consistently outperformed expectations. For 11 years Josh has exceeded aggressive sales targets and revenue goals and is one of the company’s leading sales representatives. His experience includes 16 years of selling capital equipment, medical devices and IT technology solutions to C-suite executives. Before joining Enovate, he worked for Factory Authorized Medical Scope Repair, YKK and IKON Office Solutions. Josh received a bachelor’s degree from Florida State University.
